- Claim ownership of the Product or its design

All intellectual property rights remain with SmartGrid Studio.

Unauthorized resale, distribution, or sharing of this Product, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Each license is intended for use by a single individual or organization only.

SmartGrid™ Studio reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement

3. No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

This tool is provided for personal, informational, and educational purposes only. It is designed to help individuals manage household finances, track spendings, and support personal financial planning.

This tool is NOT:

- A certified accounting system

- A financial advisory service or system

- Tax preparation software

- A regulatory, compliance, or reporting tool

- GAAP-compliant accounting software

- Intended for audit, legal, tax, or business purposes

- A substitute for professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The Product does not replace professional accounting systems or official financial records

7. No Refunds (Digital Product Policy)

Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you download the Product, we cannot retrieve it, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.

We encourage you to:

- Review the product description and screenshots before purchasing

- Ensure you have compatible software (Microsoft Excel 365)

- Contact us with pre-purchase questions if you're unsure about compatibility

If you experience technical issues preventing the Product from functioning as described, please contact support@smartgridstudio.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue

8. Updates and Support

SmartGrid™ Studio may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to the Product at its discretion. Updates are NOT guaranteed.
